Iditarod Kit for Women: Designed for Everyday Winter Adventures — $38/Day
Winter in Alaska is as exhilarating as it is challenging. The Iditarod Kit gives women an ideal balance of warmth and mobility for dog sledding, glacier tours, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and sightseeing. Rated for temperatures from 0°F down to -20°F, it's warm enough for long days outdoors but not bulky, so you can move easily from one adventure to the next and stay comfortable all day.
NOTE: Select the Parka, Snow Pants, Snow Boots and Gloves sizing. You will have to select and add to cart for each item.
What's in the Kit
- Women's Pulse Winter Parka. An insulated winter parka that keeps you warm through long hours outdoors, whether you're riding in a dog sled or touring a glacier.
- Women's Turbine Siren or Obermeyer Insulated Snow Pants. Insulated snow pants that add warmth to your lower body while leaving room to move, kneel, and climb in and out of sleds and snowmachines.
- CTR Max Ski Gloves. Insulated, weather-resistant gloves that keep your hands warm while you hold a camera, a fishing line, or a handlebar.
- Baffin SnoGoose Winter Boots. A tall, insulated women's boot with waterproof protection, dependable traction on snow and ice, and a removable liner you can dry overnight. Tip: the SnoGoose runs small, so order one full size larger than your normal shoe size.
- Yaktrax Adventure Warmer Pack. Hand and toe warmers for an extra boost on colder days.
Parkas come in sizes XS through 3X, and snow pants in sizes 6 through 22. A slightly looser fit in the snow pants leaves room for layering.
