Alaska Shipping Return & Shipping Policy
Inside Alaska Shipping:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your purchase.
- Frequently we offer free inside Alaska shipping for consumers when the total purchase is over $200.
- We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments.
- Expected delivery time: 3-5 days from the shipping date.
Outside Alaska Shipping:
- We offer a Flat Rate shipping of $12.50 for most orders that fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box.
- If orders do not fit in a Flat Rate Shipping Box, then we will contact you with the actual shipping cost.
- Shipping times to the Lower 48 states: Generally 3-5 days from the shipping date.
- Note: Return shipping is paid for by the customer and can be very expensive to Alaska.
Return Policy:
- Most new, unopened items are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Anchorage location.
- We do not charge shipping for sending out exchanged items.
- For a refund, items must be in original condition, with tags/labels intact.
- Outlet items are final sale, except in cases of our error.
Returning an Item:
- Include proof of purchase (store receipt, eReceipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, etc.).
- Provide your name, address, and contact information.
- Return to Alaska: Customer bears the cost, which can range from $25-$40.
- Refund timeline: Expect within 1 week of the return shipper receiving the package.
