- Alaska orders ship via USPS Priority Mail
- We will send you a text with your tracking information
- Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
- COD Orders have a $10 Fee plus higher USPS postage rates.
Because many of our customers live in rural Alaska communities, we work hard to ship quickly and reliably.
Lower 48 Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping — Starts at $28
Shipping outside Alaska is expensive, especially for large or bulky outdoor gear. If you are able to purchase an item locally, that is often the most economical option.
Flat Rate Shipping is available at $28 for items that can fit in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging.
When an item does not fit within USPS Flat Rate packaging, we charge shipping based on actual USPS shipping cost.
If your order requires additional shipping charges we will contact you for additional charges.

Typical Delivery Time
- Most Lower 48 shipments arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping
- During holidays, severe Alaska weather, or periods of high shipping volume, transit times may occasionally extend to 10–12 business days
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your gear.
Most new, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
