Shipping and Returns
We only ship online orders inside Alaska.
We do not take Canada Goose orders online. If you are ordering Canda Goose and you are inside Alaska, please call 907-276-0233.
We know there are customers Outside Alaska who want to purchase our time-tested gear so give us a call at 907-276-0233 and we can talk about it.
Meanwhile, if you are Inside Alaska, we offer Flat Rate shipping. We ship all of our packages USPS, Priority Mail. Shipping times vary depending on where you live, generally 3-5 days from when we ship.
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You can try on your purchases to make sure they fit, we understand the difficulties of ordering clothing in the right size. However, to be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with any tags and/or labels intact.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Outlet items are sold "as is" and not available for refund unless we have made a mistake.
When mailing a return please include:
- Required proof of purchase: Store receipt, eReceipt, gift receipt, or shipping invoice etc.
- Your name, address and contact information
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
