We are Frontier Born, and would not have lasted 32 years without business from loyal local customers and those across all of Alaska.
Through the years we've supported a number of causes. In 2017, Learning Alaska had the highest rate of unintentional drowning deaths in the nation, and we finally found the project that means the most to us. We partnered with the State of Alaska's Kid's Don't Float program to donate life jackets for loaner boards in villages across the state.
We initially planned to donate 250 life jackets to loaner boards in 31 rural Alaskan communities.
By the end of the program, we had provided 450 life jackets to loaner boards located in 44 communities.
We will continue to support charitable giving throughout the years, but our hearts are now with Kid's Don't Float and we will continue to donate life jackets to this important cause through the years to come.
